The De Havilland Canada DHC-2 Beaver is an iconic single-engine, high-wing, propeller-driven, short takeoff and landing (STOL) aircraft. It first took to the skies in 1947 and quickly became renowned for its rugged reliability and versatility. Capable of operating from land, water, and snow with appropriate modifications, it has served a wide array of users from bush pilots to military forces around the globe. The Beaver was designed to meet the demands of the harshest terrains, making it the go-to aircraft for accessing remote areas.
